You support our team as

R&D Trainee
Responsibilities

• You will start a career journey that combines technical skills with global perspective, contributing to product development and innovation, and helping Klüber maintain its technological edge in lubrication.
• Close collaboration with experts from our German headquarters and global branches, enhancing your intercultural communication and project management skills;
• Hands-on experience across the full development cycle—from lab research to production scale-up;
• Exposure to cutting-edge raw materials and additives, exploring their potential in high-performance lubricant formulations;
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, enhancing your communication and coordination skills while building a strong foundation for your long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Master/PhD degree in chemistry, chemical engineer or relative field;
• Familiar with literature & patent search, familiar with analysis method;
• Strong willingness for R&D technical and management work
• Good communication and coordination skills;
• Fluent English – oral and written;
• Intercultural communication ability
