We are looking for

Quality Engineer

for One Mobility Voltaira Shanghai at Songjiang area

Your tasks:

  1. Deal with customer quality complaints, writing 8D report, and track to solve the problem

  2. To evaluate nonconforming product and process, responsible for solve the production line of quality problems

  3. Responsible for the early stage of the project quality to parts PPAP approval and prepare the relevant quality control documents in the process of production,(Including responsible for drafting and update the work instruction and SIP)

  4. Responsible for organizing the CFT, prepare the PPAP documents and submit the customer for approval

  5. Analyze and improve quality problems with team according to the monthly quality report

  6. Responsible for guidance of QC

  7. Summary of processing customer feedback, and train related staff, improve the quality awareness of site personnel

  8. Respond to customer audit and review, and actively take relevant improvements

  9. Other tasks assigned by the superiors


  1. Bachelor or above,Mechanical or automatic control.

  2. Familiar with 8D-Problem Solving, IATF 16949 quality management system, VDA 6.3 and five tool.

  3. 3 years related experience or above.

  4. Has the certification of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 Auditor

  5. With strong communication skills and negotiation skills.

  6. Good Team Players.
