Job Description:


•Evaluate raw materials, design experiments, and fabricate lab prototypes of structural adhesives
•Develop test methods and procedures to assess product performances
•Work with the internal team to develop and validate equipment, process and material specifications
•Communicate product development progress and results effectively with cross-functional teams
•Apply disciplined project practices to prioritize, execute, and document your work
•Identify patent opportunities and supporting the enterprise IP processes Requirements:
•Master or advanced degree in engineering or science (Polymer, Material, Chemical, etc.)
•Good hands-on ability, experience in liquid adhesive new product development preferred
•Ability to identify technical uncertainties, propose resolving hypothesis and build solid plans to verify
•Demonstrated ability to design experiments, statistically analyze test results, make data-driven decisions, and deliver project results aiming at on-time in-full (OTIF)
