Lead the charge in shaping our digital future You'll craft innovative strategies across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms while mentoring a team to elevate our beauty & personal care brands. If you live for data-driven creativity and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is your stage.

What you'll be doing

• Imaginative & Strategic Thinker: Develop and implement captivating digital marketing strategies that will elevate our future stars across multiple online platforms and bring your creativity to life;
• Market Researcher: Dive into market research to uncover target audiences, market trends, and competitors, using these insights to shape tailored digital marketing activities;
• Campaign Creator: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives.
• KPI Tracker: Be the data-driven expert by monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Your insights will help us continually improve campaign effectiveness;
• Digital Trendspotter: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to bring innovation and a competitive edge to our digital marketing strategies;
• A/B Tester: Embrace the power of A/B testing and data analysis to optimize digital marketing campaigns, always striving to enhance user experience;
• Team Leader: Support our Senior Manager in guiding a team of digital marketing professionals, and inspiring them to achieve exceptional results;
• Performance Tracker: Keep stakeholders informed by diligently tracking and reporting on digital marketing performance, and presenting findings and recommendations that drive our success.

Who we're looking for

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Bring over 7 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the beauty or personal care sector.
• Stand out with profound understanding of various digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools, including Meta/Google advertising platforms and SEO/SEM principles.
• Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and reporting through the utilization of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, shopifty, tableau, hubspot.
• Exhibit a tech-savvy attitude, with a firm grasp of social media platforms, content management systems, and the latest trends in marketing software.
• Leverage your creative flair and keen eye for compelling content to craft engaging digital marketing materials that resonate with audiences.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly within cross-functional teams, leveraging exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Apply your robust analytical skills and adept problem-solving capabilities to navigate challenges effectively.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, showcasing your ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with finesse.
