主要职责及任职要求:

 负责管理所辖区域和产品组的一切业务,制定地区目标和发展方向;

 建立业绩良好、极富生产力和士气高昂的团队;

 勇于挑战,在公司区域管理政策要求的情形下,确保完成上级经理下达的销售及其他工作目标;

 参与所负责区域的人员招聘,负责团队人员发展,进行绩效管理和教导;

 必须确保MICS的PIM和院内会真实发生;同时可以申请和报销DM区域中医院的院间会和对应区域的城市会;

 建立和保持有效的沟通系统;

 具备管理潜力,团队合作良好,积极正向的心态;

 具备良好的沟通、计划及组织能力;

 能够严格管理自己的销售行为,确保日常销售工作全部遵循公司政策、行业准则以及相关法律,包括但不限于FCPA (《反海外腐败法》)及相关中国大陆境内相关反腐法律条款。严守诚信,保持真实透明,在过往的销售工作中无任何违反法律规定的行为发生。
