  1. Make the whole plant equipment maintenance plan; continuously update the PM work instruction according to the equipment status, improve the PM plan downtime efficiency;
  2. Collect equipment failure information, organize team to carry out PM maintenance and planned maintenance.
  3. Record production, repair and machine maintenance information; participate in the repair of production line problems, lead the improvement of repeatability problem. 
  4. Develop predictive maintenance plan, introduce process detection methods, continuously improve control chart management, and organize implementation. 
  5. Responsible for the closing rate of the production line PM work order in the responsible area, the closing rate of the planned work order and the down time rate
  6. Responsible for personal and team safety during PM period. 
  7. Develop  regional inspection forms and follow up daily performance of technician team.
  8. TPM work implement. 
  9. Other related work arrangements.


    1. Min. 5 years experience in equipment maintenance, responsible for the plant maintenance plan and implement. 
    2. TPM implement experience
    3. Bachelor degree or above majoring in mechanical or automation engineering.
    4. Electrician license required
    5. Familiar with pneumatic/hydraulic/transmission system repair and maintenance.
    6. Experience and skills in predictive maintenance of equipment are preferred.
    7. Familiar with Office, CAD software.
    8. Fluent English both in writing and reading is preferred.
