Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive intern to support AI application project requirement management. You will work with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze and document business/technical requirements, bridging the gap between user needs and AI development. This role offers hands-on experience in AI project workflows.

Assist in gathering requirements from stakeholders via interviews and surveys. Translate user needs and business pain points into structured documents (user stories, requirement specs). Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to validate requirement feasibility. Organize requirement repositories and maintain document version control. Take minutes in requirement review meetings and track feedback for updates. Support monitoring project progress and flagging requirement gaps or conflicts. Conduct basic research on AI industry trends to inform requirement definition. Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Admin or related fields. Strong interest in AI technologies and requirement engineering. Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). Basic knowledge of requirement management tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented with good analytical and collaboration skills. Self-motivated to learn new AI concepts and project practices.
