We are looking for a Senior Design Architect to join our ZURU Tech team at SHENZHEN address

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct technical research and development for building waterproofing, thermal insulation, fire protection, and finishing systems; study the application scenarios and feasibility of new materials and new technologies.
- Design specific schemes for waterproofing, thermal insulation, and fire protection systems in combination with local codes and project requirements to ensure the schemes are compliant and feasible, and provide direct basis for the product design team.
- Formulate test plans based on the design schemes, clarify the supporting test standards and procedures, and define the test indicators and evaluation criteria; lead the test and verification work of the schemes.
- Explain the R&D direction, design scheme details, and test standards to the product design team in detail to ensure they accurately understand the relevant code requirements.
Job Requirements
- Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering (Waterproofing Direction), or other related majors.
- Work Experience: More than 5 years of building design experience in New Zealand, Australia, or North America, with solid practical experience in the R&D, design, and testing of waterproofing, thermal insulation, and fire protection systems.
- Code Familiarity: Familiar with building design codes of countries such as New Zealand, Australia, or North America (e.g., ASTM, AS/NZS, etc.).
- Professional Knowledge: Profound professional knowledge of waterproofing, thermal insulation, and fire protection; master design principles and testing technologies; understand product design logic and effectively support product design work.
- Software and Documentation Skills: Proficient in using design software such as SketchUp and CAD; capable of writing R&D reports, design documents, and test reports.
- Competencies: Strong innovative thinking, logical analysis ability, and problem-solving ability.
- Work Attitude and Collaboration: Rigorous and meticulous in work, strong sense of responsibility; good team spirit and communication skills; proficient in coordinating the connection between production, testing, and product design.
- Language Skills: Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to read English technical documents fluently and communicate in English.
