Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an [Process Quality Control Manager] located in [Shanghai WGQ].

What a typical day looks like:

  • Be responsible for collecting data on product quality and keeping records of product inspection and testing.
  • Responsible for quality inspection and test, the determination of nonconforming products and redo the responsibility division, and track processing.
  • Responsible for production process and product quality inspection, the process supervision and inspection, the right to quality evaluation, and responsible for dealing with nonconforming products.
  • Responsible for quality supervision, inspection and test personnel training and laboratory management.
  • Responsible for the inspection status identification of test process, and is responsible for the product traceability.
  • Responsible for the decision and taking preventive measures for supervision and inspection of the implementation of the corrective and preventive actions and follow up verification.
  • Responsible for customer complaint problem solving and follow up.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Collage degree or above; At least 5 years' experience of PQC function.
  • Deep understanding and knowledge with the fabrication process of below commodities and corresponding standards:  Mechanical Part (plating / stamping / spraying/ machining), PCBA, Cable, etc.
  • Rich experience in quality management system concept like ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO13485, internal auditor is preferable.
  • Familiar with quality tools like, QC 7 tools, 8D methodology, AIAG 5 tools.
  • Master of continuous improvement and experience in leading internal and external CI projects.
  • Analysis skills with logical mind to conduct Failure Analysis.
  • Positive working attitude, willing to change and make continual improvements for self and the team.
