What You'll Do

  • Analyze on-site waste and 5S, identify hidden hazards of waste and non-conformity, formulate improvement measures, improve bottleneck productivity, and promote lean production and cost saving
  • Track productivity of the equipment, make reasonable recommendations to maximize the efficiency of the machine
  • Design and improve the operational method, site arrangement, station appliances and other production aids, design and plan the smoothest and most 4 Use the ECRS principles (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify) to optimize and improve the workflow and production processes
  • Optimize routing time for all existing and new products, update routing time after operational optimization
  • Improve the plant layout, optimize logistics paths, and increase space utilization.
  • Measure, improve, demonstrate and cost-accounting of consumption quotas for materials, energy, etc
  • Analyze and evaluate the existing process, get familiar with process analysis tools like CPK, Correlation, Normal Distribution etc
  • Knowledge of Packaging Design
  • Sense of Smart process
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management

Who You Are

  • Bachelor degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent
  • Familiar with Office Software
  • 2 years' experience in Industrial / Process engineering, lean improvement position
  • Skill of AutoCAD & 3D Design
  • Ability to cope with strain - non-varying performance
  • Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus
  • Accuracy
  • Languages – Fluent written/oral English and Mandarin
  • Ability to work in a team, sense of efficiency, waste, quality awareness, constant improvement thinking.
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Deal with time constraints and deadlines; self-motivated, self-organized
