  • Responsible for daily quality management;

负责日常产品质量管理;

  • Responsible for solving customer complaints , responsible for customer resident management;

客户抱怨质量问题处理和客户现场服务人员的管理;

  • Implement quality management system;

贯彻执行质量体系;

  • Responsible for solving process quality problem, to assure product and service quality;

及时处理与产品质量有关的过程问题,保证产品和服务质量;

  • Improve quality system efficiency (QSE)

提高生产现场过程质量效率 ( QSE, 佛吉亚质量效率系统);

  • Strictly observe internal process ()

严格遵循公司内部系统流程(FES, 佛吉亚体系);

  • Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager 完成由主管或经理安排的其它工作。
  • Customer Complaints客户投诉
  • Customer reject PPM客户百万拒收
  • Scrap Rate报废率
  • QSE audit score现场QSE实施【Qualifications

任职资格】:

  • College degree or equivalent majoring in mechanical engineering or automation 大专或同等学力机械工程或自动化专业
  • At least 3 years practical experiences in quality management function , preferably in foreign enterprise or joint venture in a manufacturing environment 至少3年有关质量管理的工作经验,尽量是在外企或合资企业的生产环境下
  • Above 3 years experience in automotive industry or, at least in mechanical industry; 3年以上汽车工厂工作经验,至少是机械行业
  • Familiar with IATF16949 and Formel Q、APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/8D/Control plan/FMEA 熟悉IATF16949 、Formel Q、APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA、8D、行动计划、FMEA
  • Ability to read blue-prints and other engineering design 会读蓝图和其他工程设计图纸
  • Experience in tooling and stamped would be a plus 优先考虑有使用工具和加盖经验的人
  • Tenacious land persuasive. Demanding and rigorous. Ability to develop partnerships.Result Oriented 严格要求自己,有能力发展团队关系,积极主动,结果导向
  • Ability to work under pressure and high availability for the ramp-up 能够在压力和紧张的环境下工作
