该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 1,协调研发团队(系统,软件,硬件,功能,测试等)针对交付物进行需求分析、设计、研发、测试、验证以及交付、升级迭代等; 2,ECU/模块的公司内外的协调(接口定义,交付定义以及定期的状态跟踪,联合调试等);; 3,支持产品研发项目管理体系建设,开发流程制度的制定和完善; 4,项目计划,成本,资源,任务,开口项,风险等管理; 5,组织定期的项目工程团队会议,梳理进度,协调资源,解决问题以及冲突,确保交付成功; 6,定期的项目状态汇报。

• Coordinate the R&D team (system, software, hardware, function, testing, etc.) to conduct requirements analysis, design, R&D, testing, verification, delivery, upgrade iteration, etc. for the deliverables;
• Coordination within and outside the company of ECU/modules (interface definition, delivery definition and regular status tracking, joint debugging, etc.);
• Support the construction of product R&D project management system and the formulation and improvement of development process system;
• Management of project plans, costs, resources, tasks, opening items, risks, etc.;
• Organize regular project engineering team meetings to review progress, coordinate resources, resolve problems and conflicts, and ensure successful delivery;
• Regular project status reports. 任职要求: 1,计算机科学与技术,电子信息工程,自动化,人工智能,车辆工程等相关专业本科及以上学历; 2,5年以上汽车领域软件项目管理相关经验; 3,熟悉项目管理的流程、方式方法以及工具,包括切不限于ASPICE,SCRUM; 4,突出的沟通理解能力,跨部门协调能力,学习能力以及汇报总结能力; 5,具备强的执行力,有大局观且能注重细节,思路逻辑清晰; 6,具备强的抗压能力,高逆商,以及较强的自我反思能力; 7,有车身,座舱,网联领域相关经验者优先; 8,必须具备熟练的英语书面以及口语能力,有日语沟通能力更佳。
• Bachelor degree or above in computer science and technology, electronic information engineering, automation, artificial intelligence, vehicle engineering and other related majors;
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in software project management in the automotive field;
• Familiar with project management processes, methods and tools, including but not limited to ASPICE, SCRUM;
• Outstanding communication and understanding skills, cross-department coordination skills, learning skills and reporting and summarizing skills;
• Have strong execution ability, have an overall view and pay attention to details, and have clear and logical thinking;
• Have strong ability to withstand stress, high adversity quotient, and strong self-reflection ability;
• Candidates with relevant experience in the fields of car body, cockpit and Internet connection will be given priority;
• Must have proficiency in written and spoken English, preferably Japanese communication skills.
