About The Job

*Your tasks*

  • Drive Product Quality and Service Improvement : Identify critical focus areas to boost performance, ensuring the right resources, processes, and support are in place. Prioritize both corrective and preventive solutions, ensuring knowledge gained from issue resolution is shared and embedded in our knowledge base to avoid past mistakes.
  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customers' understanding of safety, product reliability, and service-related issues.
  • System Implementation: Take charge of establishing, implementing, and maintaining effective quality systems within the company.
  • Service Managament: Direct and control After Sales Service to enable the organization to extend post - sales equipment service, manage service partners, and set FS APAC apart from competitors in life cycle management.
  • Collaboration: Lead cross - organizational improvements spanning Engineering Design, Manufacturing, Installation, and After Sales Service.
  • People Management and Leadership: Develop and lead a highly competent Quality and Service team to achieve the highest level of after - sales service and quality output.

Requirements

  • Bachelor and above degree in Engineering and related major, MBA preferred
  • 8+ years expertise in quality management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing and equipment maintenance
  • ERP and Lean production experience is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as Fluent English
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision making
  • Excellent leadership skill
