该职位来源于猎聘 Key ResponsibilitiesClient Development & Relationship ManagementIdentify and engage developers, architects, contractors, and consultants to secure facade projects.Cultivate long-term partnerships through tailored presentations and technical consultations.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.Technical Leadership & Project StrategyConduct finite element analysis (FEA) to validate facade designs for structural integrity and compliance.Deconstruct architectural models (BIM/CAD) to develop detailed cost estimates, material specifications, and fabrication plans.Collaborate with teams to optimize designs for cost, manufacturability, and installation efficiency.Market Expansion & Competitive AnalysisAnalyze global facade trends, material innovations, and regional regulations to position the company as a leader.Monitor competitors and identify opportunities in emerging markets (e.g., high-performance facades, sustainable systems).Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.Mentor junior staff in facade engineering best practices and client engagement strategies.Sales Pipeline & ReportingManage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation.Track KPIs (revenue targets, conversion rates) and provide actionable market insights to leadership.QualificationsBachelor's/Master's in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field.10+ years in facade engineering/design, with 5+ years in client-facing roles** (BD, sales, or consultancy).Proven track record in winning facade projects (>$5M value preferred).Expertise in FEA software (ANSYS, ABAQUS) and CAD/BIM tools (Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD).Deep knowledge of facade systems (unitized curtain walls, cladding), materials (glass, composites, metal), and international standards.Fluent in Mandarin and English (written/spoken); additional languages a plus.Experience at architecture firms, facade consultancies (e.g., Arup, Permasteelisa), or contractors.Preferred CredentialsCertifications: LEED AP, PMP, or Chartered Engineer.Existing network across Asia-Pacific, Europe, or the Middle East.Key CompetenciesStrategic Vision: Translate technical capabilities into market opportunities.Negotiation & Influence: Close high-stakes deals with stakeholders at all levels.Problem-Solving: Address design, cost, or logistical challenges innovatively.
