We are looking for a Chemistry Teacher for an International School based in Beijings Chaoyang district. This is a full-time position starting in August 2025.

International school based in Beijings Chaoyang area and one of the leading providers of K12 education in Asia with Early years, Primary school, Middle school and High school divisions. The school offers A Level and GCSE programmes to meet their students educational needs and providing a pathway to top universities.

Job details

  • Teach the subject of chemistry to high school students utilizing IGCSE/A-Level framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
  • Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
  • Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
  • Assess and monitor students progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
  • Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or above
  • Degree in Education, QTS/PGCE or equivalent
  • At least 2 years related experience
  • Excellent English communication skills

Salary and benefits

  • Monthly salary of 26,000 to 35,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
  • Monthly housing allowance of up to 15,000 RMB
