  • Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve assigned sales quotas and activity goals.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and set targets for product mix, sales volume, market share, and business development. Continuously monitor performance and adjust strategies in response to market changes.
  • Deepen understanding of company solutions and competitive differentiators to effectively position offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., presales, client services) to ensure sales activities align with corporate goals and enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders through consistent performance and exceeding expectations. Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Min. 10 years of sales experience in service outsourcing.
  • Proven financial acumen and business development innovation with solid ITO/BPO industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets; experience in strategic account planning and securing large clients.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Cantonese is a must.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Greater Bay Area client landscape.
