The Position工作职责
- 基于公司疾病领域相关策略,传递相应疾病领域相关科学信息,促进医生制定规范治疗方案。
- 运用专业知识,传递诊断相关信息,助力生态圈内患者诊断率提升。
- 拜访临床医生,维护客户关系,按时按质的完成相关客户洞见,尤其重点专家对于疾病领域洞见的收集并进行总结/分析/反馈。
- 组织/协调/整合各类疾病领域学术会议,推动建立疾病领域治疗规范。
- 主动地与生态圈内外团队成员进行合作和分享,以整合资源,提升团队能力。
能力要求
- 具备相关疾病领域的基础知识
- 良好学习能力和业务敏锐度
- 较高的沟通能力和高效的执行能力
- 多产品资源整合能力
- 3年以上医药行业工作经验,医学或药学相关本科及以上学历
