• To execute FSSC22000, ISO9001, HACCP, GMP and production license (SC certification) requirements and customer audit, third part audit, internal audit.

完成FSSC22000, ISO9001, HACCP 和食品包装生产许可证的维护管理以及内审、外审和客户审核。

• Assist the Quality supervisor for all quality non Conformance(NC) and quality improvement (CAPA) tracking.

协助质量主管对不合格和CAPA跟踪。

• Keep the efficiency approach for documents, working instructions, forms control to meet the standards and customer requirements

保持文件的有效性,确保作业指导书,表格控制符合标准和客户的要求。

• Assist in dealing with customer complaints consolidate and analyse.

客户投诉数据的汇整和分析报告。

• Responsible for onsite quality control, finished products quality control.

负责生产现场的品质控制和成品检测控制。

• Support quality supervisor to audit suppliers per requirement, ensure incoming materials meet Pelliconi specification.

协助质量主管对供应商进行监控,确保供应商提供合格的原材料。

• Responsible for lab daily control, ensure the accuracy of test result

负责实验室日常管理,确保检测数据的准确性。

• Calibration schedules and checks on quality related equipments and outside calibration.

实验室仪器的台帐管理和仪器的校准以及联系第三方校准。

• Any other tasks assigned by superior上级领导分派的其他工作 COMPETENCES能力要求
• Familiarity with ISO9001,HACCP, ISO4001

熟悉ISO9001,HACCP, ISO4001体系管理

• Familiarity with lab management 熟悉实验室管理
• Familiarity with software (Office Suite,SAP) 熟练掌握办公室软件
• Working precise, carefully and organized 工作认真细致有条理
• Able to develop good working relationships with others. 善于与他人建立良好的工作关系。
• Good attitude of team work and willing to take more responsibilites 具备团队精神,愿意承担更多的职责
