Your role:


  2. Lead marketing team to drive Chemical portfolios' business in China
  3. Research and identify business opportunity in specific segment.
  4. Explore and develop customized workflow/solution to meet segment expectation.
  5. Monitor the dynamics of market and customer behavior change
  6. Design effective strategy to seize the business opportunity
  7. Conduct marketing activities to improve company reputation
  8. Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver excellent customers experience
  9. Support the realization of China Strategic Development Plan
  10. Improve marketing efficiency continuously through digitalization
  11. Foster talent and develop people
  12. Analyze and report the performance

Who you are:


  2. Education background: Master degree or above, prefer Chemical related background
  3. Working Experience: Over 10 years working experience in life science marketing role, at least 5-year people management experience
  4. Language: Fluent English
  5. Skillset: Excellent presentation skill, data analysis skill, project management skill, change management skill, etc.
  6. Others: Growth mindset, team spirit, high learning agility, people agility and mental agility, etc.
