Grade Level (for internal use):

信用研究和技术部实习生主要协助进行数据收集、分析和报告撰写,主要职责包括:

数据收集与整理:协助收集宏观经济财政、行业及企业财务数据,整理并维护数据库。

数据分析:利用VBA、Python等工具,对收集的数据进行初步分析,优化数据处理流程,支持团队研究决策。

报告撰写:协助进行宏观及行业分析,撰写研究报告。

其他支持:协助团队完成其他与研究相关的任务。

职位要求:

金融、经济、会计、统计学等相关专业。

熟练掌握Excel,具备良好的数据处理能力。有一定编程能力、熟悉编程语言,有自动化处理数据经验。

有金融行业实习经验,尤其是信用评级、研究分析或数据分析相关经验。

对信用评级、金融市场或宏观经济有浓厚兴趣,具备一定的金融知识基础。

优先考虑:

对机器学习或人工智能在金融领域的应用有一定了解。

具备优秀的英文读写能力。
