Job Description

The Successful Applicant

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for security service vendors, establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure alignment with our security projects.
  • Monitor vendor performance and compliance with service level agrements (SLAs). Provided the planning, execution and monitoring of projects related to security services.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure project milestones are met, communicate effectively with both technical an non-technical stakeholders. Facilitate regular check-ins and strategic alignment meetings with vendors.
  • Prepare and present reports on vendor performance, incident responze metrics, and overall security posture to senior management. Identify potential risks related to vendor services and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Implement good practices for vendor management an security monitoring, ensure compliance with local data residency and privacy regulations.
  • Other. coorperated with internal teams to identify areas for improvement in vendor services

Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

Have a good exposure to technical information security controls (network, server, client, web, access control, email)

Licenses or Certifications

  • PMP, ITIL, CISSP, ACA
