Description and Requirements

岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain positive relationships with the project team.
  • Act as a leader by providing direction and support to team members.
  • Collaborate with DT/IT and business leaders to identify and resolve issues.
  • Manage project budgets effectively.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines.
  • Monitor and report progress to management and key stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage project changes.
  • Digitize and document project deliverables; support IT audit requirements.
  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation) in project scope and deliverables.

岗位要求/Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years as Scrum Master or Product Owner.
  • Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Proven ability to lead virtual teams across multiple countries
  • Strong background in managing business requirements, scope, schedule, cost, quality control, and risk management.
  • Experience in Hi-tech industry domains such as Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Exposure to end-to-end business enablement projects (opportunity-to-contract, order, manufacturing, delivery, billing, payment, service) is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in AI-related projects or other trending technology initiatives is strongly preferred.
