  • Technical face to the customer for all pre-sales activities for RF products;
  • Responsible for understanding the technical requirements of customers as they relate to impedance matching networks and RF power generators;
  • Take technical ownership of customers;
  • Work closely with other departments to develop initial prototypes and refine them to gain customer ac-ceptance;
  • Get information on new opportunities from technical departments at customers;
  • Participate in the finalization of documentation required to ensure proper production of volume products based on optimizations done in the prototyping process;
  • Communicate closely with other departments, both in China and in other locations, including sales, quality and production Job requirements
  • Background in High Power RF (radio frequency) technology.

Preferable to have direct experience with Im-pedance Matching networks and RF Generators in semiconductor, solar, LCD or LED manufacturing equip-ment

  • B.S or M. S in electrical engineering;
  • Background in plasma process development a big plus;
  • Good communications skills, (English – a must -oral and written);
  • Good Team Player;
  • Customer relationship management;
  • Time and project management.
