  • 驾驶测试能力和经验,因为所有测试都将在车辆和道路测试中进行。 2) VCU、PT(e-drive、OCDC&OBC、HVB)、TMS 的标定、测试和调试经验,尤其是 VCU、BMS 和充电相关的经验,因为 VCU、HVB 和 BMS 是自行开发的,所有其他的都由供应商外包。 3)有大众汽车项目经验者更佳,熟悉大众汽车SW发布要求 4) 英语听说读写能力是基本要求。 职责描述: 测试用例管理/定义 深入理解动力总成功能及系统技术要求 基于功能需求规范(FRS)/子系统技术规范(SSTS)等文件,针对VCU硬件在环(HiL)/动力总成集成测试台架/整车测试环境(含xHEV/BEV车型)定义新测试用例 将测试用例导入Polarion或Jira等管理系统 建立测试用例与SSTS条目的关联关系 识别现有测试用例的关键缺口(如存在) 测试用例的维护与更新 在Polarion或Jira等系统中创建测试用例/测试集/测试执行方案 与测试经理、测试工程师及功能负责人保持良好技术交流 根据项目需求承担其他相关职责 任职要求: a. 5-10年动力总成软件领域(含BEV/xHEV)测试用例管理与定义经验,需提供成功案例证明 b. 精通整车控制器(VCU)模型及功能 c. 熟悉动力总成软件功能及系统架构 d. 具备Polarion和Jira(或同类工具)使用经验并精通相关操作 e. 熟悉大众汽车流程与标准体系 f. 英语流利,中文母语水平 Test case management/definition - understand the powertrain function and system technical requirements - define new test cases including xHEV/BEV for testing environment including VCU HiL/ Powertrain integration bench/whole vehicle based on FRS/SSTS etc - bring test cases into system such as Polarion or Jira - establish the connection between test cases and SSTS items - identify critical gaps of existing test cases if any - test case maintenance and update - create test cases/set/execution in system such as Polarian or Jira - keep good technical exchange with test manager, testing engineers and function owners - other tasks and responsibilities depending on project situations

Qualifications a. 5-10y experience, proven record in test case management and definition in powertrain SW area including BEV/xHEV b. good understanding of VCU models/functions c. good understanding of powertrain SW functions and systems d. experience to Polarion and Jira and master user of the tools (or similar tools) e. familiar with VW processes and standards f. fluent in English, Chinese native speaker

动力总成软件及VCU功能测试工程师 职责描述: VCU及动力总成软件功能测试 执行软件更新(包括动力总成及相关控制单元) 负责硬件在环(HiL)、动力总成集成测试台架及整车调试与故障排查 根据测试用例执行测试任务 基于需求及技术规范分析测试结果 针对测试失败案例进行根因分析 测试结果汇总与报告编写 根据项目需求承担其他相关职责 任职要求: a. 3年以上VCU及动力总成软件功能测试经验(含BEV/xHEV车型),需提供成功案例证明 b. 熟悉整车控制器(VCU)模型及功能 c. 熟悉动力总成软件功能及系统架构 d. 具备Polarion/Jira等管理工具使用经验 e. 熟悉大众汽车(VW)开发流程与标准 f. 熟练使用测试工具(如INCA、DiagRA、ODIS、CANoe、CANape等) g. 持有汽车测试所需的驾驶执照 h. 英语流利,中文母语水平 VCU and powertrain SW function testing - SW update including powertrain area and other relevant control units - HiL / PT integration bench / whole vehicle commissioning and troubleshooting - perform and execute testing according to test cases - analyze the results according to requirements and technical specification - find out root-causes (if there are failed cases) - summarize and report results - other tasks and responsibilities depending on project situations

Qualifications A.
3y+ experience, proven record in testing VCU and powertrain SW functions including BEV/xHEV b. good understanding of VCU models/functions c. good understanding of powertrain SW functions and systems d. access to Polarion and Jira e. familiar with VW processes and standards f. usage of testing tools (INCA, DiagRA, ODIS, CANoe, CANape, etc)

g. qualified driving license for vehicle testing h. fluent in English, Chinese native speaker
