This role involves deep participation in kinematic modeling, simulation validation, visual perception, and intelligent grasping strategy development, driving the intelligent application of robotic systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and optimize kinematic and dynamic models for robotic arms and dexterous hands to achieve high-precision control and flexible manipulationDevelop path planning and task execution algorithms, including inverse kinematics, trajectory generation, obstacle avoidance, and multi-objective coordinationBuild simulation environments for robotics and conduct algorithm validation and performance evaluationDesign and implement environmental perception modules for robotic arms/hands, including object recognition, pose estimation, and semantic segmentationDevelop reasoning strategy models and action models for robotic arms and dexterous handsCollaborate with hardware and application teams to complete system integration and on-site debugging, enhancing robustness and generalization in real-world scenariosPrepare technical documentation and contribute to patent applications, academic publications, and technical exchangesQualificationsMaster's degree or above in Robotics, Automation, Computer Vision, or related fieldsSolid understanding of kinematic modeling and control theory for robotic arms and dexterous handsProficient in at least one robotic simulation platform with relevant project experienceExperience in computer vision projects and familiarity with common perception modelsKnowledge of control strategies for robotic arms and dexterous handsStrong programming skills in Python and C++, with good coding practices and engineering capabilitiesExcellent teamwork and cross-disciplinary communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with dexterous hand control, multi-finger grasping, or soft grippersParticipation in robotics competitions, open-source projects, or edge deploymentExperience developing robotic systems with multimodal perception and language understandingStrong publication record or patent achievementsWhat We OfferExposure to cutting-edge robotics technologies and interdisciplinary research opportunitiesCollaboration with top-tier research teams and participation in international projects and academic exchangesFlexible work arrangements and an open, innovative technical environmentCompetitive compensation and ample room for professional growthMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
