该职位来源于猎聘 About Scania Procurement IOA Scania Procurement Industrial Operations (IO) Asia is responsible for the purchase of products and services to Industrial Operation System in Asia. The overall mission of purchasing is to provide value to our customers by procuring products and services with the right Technology, Quality, Delivery and Cost, focusing on Sustainability. The transformation at Scania demands that we dare to question how we 've used to do things. In this position, you will have a great opportunity to drive the shift and have an impact on the future of procurement for Scania in Asia as process leader and key supporting role for Purchasers and Supplier Quality Analyst (SQA). About the Position To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

  • Evaluate current processes and working method, improving, adapting, promoting, training and documenting them for the full procurement operation.
  • Lead and Initiate the process and methods change/adaption between Scania Europe, Latin America and Asia (SAS), also exchange the opinions with Global as representative of Scania Asia Sourcing team.
  • Dedicate to continuously improvement in Automotive Procurement and Supplier Quality Business Development,
  • Organize workshops and trainings to explain processes and way of working. Support the Scania Asia Sourcing team has the understanding and reacting the new process and working method in to daily work.
  • Evaluate current IT capabilities for the SAS team and identify gaps within each system function.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager. Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in manufacturing, engineering, business management or supply chain related field;
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in similar and relevant tasks within OEM procurement. Purchaser/ SQA experience is plus.
  • CET 6 English Certification (or equivalent level), Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must. Swedish, Portuguese or German is highly appreciated.
  • Experience in automotive related business, focused in commodity and/or supplier quality management;
  • Confident in performing and preparing presentations in English;
  • Proactive mindset and Active Team Player is required;
  • Well organized, determined and enthusiastic. Passioned. Others,
  • Frequent business travels between Procurement Offices (Beijing, Nantong, Overseas) is required.
