该职位来源于猎聘 Work closely with sales teams in China for transactions such as software licensing agreement, service agreements, deal structure, contract drafting, etc. Collaboratively resolve complex issues in a time-sensitive manner. Act as internal legal advisor on employment, procurement, finance, business ethics, M&A, compliance, governance, export compliance, and data protection, etc.

Your key success factors? Business-oriented, solution-driven with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Hands on experience in software licensing agreements, contract negotiations and drafting. Ability to prioritize matters and use technical experience and analytical thinking to handle high volume of work. Sound judgment and ability to propose solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems.

Qualifications: LL.B. and/or higher legal education from a reputable law school Bar admission in China 8-10 years related experience in MNC and law firms, ideally technology/software field
