What you'll do and what success looks like in this role:

• Support the team in developing strategies and executing initiatives to meet lending business goals.
• Lead the ideation, design, development, and launch of new loan products and features.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle for existing loan products, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
• Continuously analyze and optimize the digital loan application, approval, and disbursement journey for superior customer experience (UX/CX) and conversion rates.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships between Business, Technology, Credit Risk, Operations, Compliance & Marketing to ensure alignment and successful execution on business initiatives.
• Use data analytics to propose and justify data-driven adjustments to credit policies, and risk strategies to optimize acceptance rates, risk-adjusted returns, and portfolio growth.
• Continually monitor market trends and competitor partnerships to identify new growth opportunities.
  
• Conduct analysis on business performance and evaluate programs' effectiveness to ensure that initiatives are measurable and reportable
  

What is required and what we're looking for:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience; Product management experience gained from personal lending business, banking/credit card business will be a plus
• Demonstrated analytical experience and sound business judgment; Comfortable with data and numbers
• Experience in growth hacking, managing business lines, partnerships or products
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to distil complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• A curious and questioning mind
• Spoken and written fluency in English and Chinese
