If so, this role is for you 工作职责 / Key Responsibilities 1.协助进行简历初筛、岗位发布 2.电话邀约候选人、确认面试时间、进行面试安排 3.对区域员工档案进行扫描、整理 4.进行人事及OA系统流程的提交 5.协助OA盖章事宜 6.提供HR日常运营支持

• Cooperate in preliminary screening of resumes and posting of positions
• Calling candidates, confirming interview time, making interview arrangements, and accepting interviews
• Scan and reorganize the employee files
• Submission of personnel and OA system processes
• Assist in OA stamping matters
• Provide HR daily operation support 关于你/任职资格 About You/Qualifications
• 本科学历及以上 在校生 2.性格开朗,工作细致、认真、有责任心,较强的文字撰写能力,较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力; 3.良好的英文听说读写能力; 4.良好的PPT技能和设计感; 5、每周保证出勤3-4天
• Education:02Current undergraduate (or above) student.
• Personal Attributes:02Outgoing personality, meticulous, responsible, strong writing skills, and excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Language:02Proficient in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
• Technical Skills:02Strong PowerPoint skills with a good sense of design.
