CCR Manager

• Perform risk based initiatives including onsite audits/review to third parties to identify the emerging risk imbedded in/from business expansion model and help management to strengthen control.
• Perform other risk based monitoring activities including FCPA/ GPIHP, SOX and T&E part as required by management to identify control deficiencies or exceptions or other red flags requiring investigation and/ or remediation
• Coordinate market BPOs to participate in the corporate audits, by serving as the main point of contact with the corporate auditors for scheduling and logistics; communicate the list of requirements to management, and BPOs, inform them of audit status, and provide guidance/support to market BPOs to determine appropriate remediation and improvement for the corporate audit.
• Work closely with cross functional team to identify risk areas and support CCR& Operations team lead to determine the monitoring plans to mitigate the risk for company.
• Lead the team to provide Finance/Compliance training to company-wide requestors on policy & SOP and system operation requirement on routine or ad-hoc basis.
• Responsible for working with appropriate groups supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of system to address and mitigate defined compliance risk areas.
