Job Description:
This role focuses on platform product strategy and user growth in the real estate/lifestyle services sector. You will lead the entire process from product positioning and feature design to growth strategy implementation, driving continuous growth in user scale, activity, and business value through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decisions.

What you will do:

  • Define platform product roadmap, leading design and iteration of core modules to enhance product competitiveness.
  • Build a comprehensive user growth system covering acquisition, activation, retention, conversion, and referral.
  • Manage cross-functional resources (tech, ops, marketing, sales) to implement growth projects and achieve targets.

The ideal candidate:

  • 6+ years in internet platform product management and user growth, with 3+ years in a leadership role within real estate/lifestyle services.
  • Proven track record of building platform products from scratch or scaling user growth from 1 to N.
  • Strong product design, growth methodology, data analysis, and cross-functional leadership skills.
