Description

根据公司相关程序的要求,执行员工招聘、用工、员工关系、员工激励、员工福利等工作,并保证所有工作合法操作。

1.制定招聘方案,实施招聘工作,包括招聘预算建议与控制、招聘渠道建立完善、资料初选、面试、向部门推荐、试用期满评估、分析招聘KPI等,对内保证招聘的效率和效果,对外维护公司的形象。2.负责劳动合同、劳务协议及相关协议文本的修订;与劳务公司洽谈劳务协议条款;对劳动合同、劳务协议及相关协议在签订、终止、解除时发生的情况能提出解决方案,并处理,保证文本及执行过程合法。3.负责劳动争议的调解和相关诉讼、接待员工来访、员工违纪行为处理。4.根据公司本部年度优秀及各类奖项评选方案,制定本地的评选方案,并组织实施评选和表彰。5.制定年度员工满意度调查方案,对调查过程进行控制。负责撰写、提供分析报告,向相关部门落实改进措施,并组织改进情况的定期反馈。6.负责员工离职面谈,提供分公司的年度离职分析报告。7.根据国家政策及公司本部定的员工福利方案,依法办理员工法定社会保险福利的手续,执行公司性的员工福利政策,保证操作过程完全符合规定;同时及时获取国家及当地政符的相关信息,向公司本部提供的建议。8.在指导下,制定员工激励工作的实施方案,并有效执行。9.维护职位说明系统,协助部门编制,并协助参与岗位评估。10.协助公司绩效管理工作,参与实施员工绩效考核结果分析及信息归档等工作。
