 Your Role:

  • Contribute to implementation of strategy and sales targets by managing of existing products and product lines throughout their life cycle
  • Close collaboration with 3rd party manufacturer
  • Execute marketing strategies operationally
  • Product management of existing product portfolio
  • Manage special client requests for existing product portfolio with the corresponding interfaces and drive them towards execution incl. customer facing communication
  • Handle general product line inquiries and issues, such as change notifications, critical quality issues and critical supply disruptions
  • Actively drive communication to sales and customers on supply disruptions
  • Actively drive and continuously improve the customer change notification process
  • Support investment planning and measures of operations by providing necessary deliverables
  • Work closely with cross functional teams including Supply Chain, Value Chain, Procurement, Quality to ensure customer service level satisfaction
  • Drive risk mitigation activities, e.g. second sourcing strategy, product and packaging improvement
  • Bring modifications and structure measures to the product range short term and long term, e.g. life cycle product analysis
  • Support new product launches and ensure addition of new products into the systems on time, including the collection of product information, coordination of the internal functions
  • Drive and support various projects to optimize business targets, e.g. predefined strategic initiatives, complex change projects, portfolio analysis, customer complaints, compliance projects
  • Optimize the processes towards speed and cost efficiency

Who You Are:

  • Bachelors degree (master degree preferred) in business or natural science (preferred chemistry, biochemistry or pharma)
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects including stakeholder management in a matrix environment
  • 4+ years of professional experience within pharmaceutical or chemical industry: marketing, sales, technical service or some combination thereof
  • Experience in supplier qualification, quality or manufacturing would be a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills (Chinese/Mandarin, English)
