该职位来源于猎聘 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and agile Quote Center Specialist to join our Pricing Board Team. While a regular calendar year, Nexperia conducts a multitude negotiation with customers from market segments in electronics. Coordinating this process and getting the framework in place for negotiators to discuss with customers and communicate the results internally will be a core task for this role. This role will be responsible for handling customer quotation requests, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of quotes.

Therefore, the ideal candidate must possess strong resilience, excellent proficiency in office software, and exceptional cross-departmental communication skills About the Role

  • Receive and process customer quotation requests, ensuring all inquiries are responded to within the specified timeframe.
  • Collect, organize, and verify quotation-related data (including cost, pricing history, market information, etc.).
  • Provie proactive support and maintain a strong relationship with Commercial Marketing, Business Units, Finance, Sales and other departments to ensure accuracy and consistency in quotation information.
  • Independently generate, review, and issue quotations, and track follow-up status.
  • Maintain quotation records and regularly update the quotation database to ensure data integrity and traceability.
  • Support the Pricing Board with data analysis and report generation to facilitate decision-making.
  • Continuously optimize quotation processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. What you will need
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a quote center, pricing analysis, or a related field. Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with quotation processes and experience in manually handling complex quotation tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate fluently with international teams and clients.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM or quotation management systems, with the ability to efficiently process data, create charts, and generate reports.
  • High sense of responsibility, capable of maintaining efficiency and accuracy under pressure, adaptable, and able to respond effectively to changes.
  • Understanding of cross-cultural business practices; experience working with global teams is a strong plus.
