About the Position:We are looking for a [ Interior Product Design Engineer ] who will join PD team lead design engineering team for program .directly to [development Manager]; this position is based at our office in [Guangzhou].
Your Responsibilities will be:1. According to the project development schedule, and the project development QCT requirements, complete the component design, and provide each stage of documents :
o CAS ; product assembly and manufacturing feasibility analysis
o Product design time and resource planning
o Functional analysis, DFMEA
o DTS, Dimension Chain Calculation
o Critical sections, 3D data, 2D drawings
o Benchmark, Design Verification, Lessons Learned
2. Participate in the development of Interior parts, problem solving, optimization, etc well
3. Collaborates with the team to meet customer needs and ensure the company's revenue expectations
4 Support VAVE-related efforts to increase revenue
What Qualifications you will bring:1. Be able to effectively understand the client's project development concept, understand and learn the company's internal design standards and communicate within the team.
2. Proficient in 3D design software (NX or CATIA) for product structure design .
3. Understand the basic development process of automotive interior products, and understand the work of each stage before the freezing of tooling data
4. Familiar with the product development mode of Chinese OEM, and be able to cooperate well with the customer's technical team to complete the development together
5. Excellent professional and technical ability related to automotive interior products
