Your opportunity

  • Manage all production Lines using Machines and Human Resources and develop tools and methods to improve Lines' performance (WCLE, 5S, maintenance, Technical, quality). 2. With the team, manage all projects of Molds parts from FTC to FAT. Coordinate with engineering and programming, launching, project procurement, operations sub-contracting, machining and assembly, in order to deliver a project on that meet time, quality and cost standards. 3. Report industrial KPIs, and launch all improvement action to achieve objectives and customer satisfaction

Your Mission

  • Ensure proper operation of all lines, a systematic improvement action plan and mindset to reach the objectives of productivity, equipment utilization, quality, safety, cost and lead-time reduction;
  • Work as team but also as a customer or supplier to the other departments and support functions in order to achieve results, warranty, the right execution (quality) and project delivery (follow-up sade, ortems, quality)
  • Enforce rules relative to safety, environment, hygiene and working procedures (Legal, Sade for recording time, inspection, maintenance)
  • Communicate with the team, raise awareness of and explain all company and department objectives
  • Set-up daily, weekly and monthly operational meetings to ensure communication to and involvement of the team
  • To manage, coach and develop the team (APA, training plan, employee feedback)
  • Develop the flexibility, polyvalence inside his team
  • Develop and implement production and productivity improvement plan
  • Foster the culture of Lean improvement in the team (Safety observation, OEE, 5S, TPM, Hour management, SMED, VSM) Ensure reporting and regular KPI updates to measure improvement

Your Profile

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • 5 - 10 years experience in Moldshop, CNC machining experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of office software, SAP or ERP, Sade and Ortems
  • Machine and mechanical experience and knowledge
  • Lean training
  • Molds product knowledge
  • Manager level 1 and 2
  • Experience in safety audits
