Key Responsibilities
:

  1. Be responsible for WuXi STA DP (Drug Product) Manufacturing overall business, including set up growth strategy, implement business plan and oversee execution.
  2. Be responsible for WuXi STA DP Department。
  3. Ensure effective communication and collaboration internally and externally to meet customer expectations.
  4. Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners and clients. Develop new clients.
  5. Propose and monitor department budget plan including setting and meeting these targets; effectively use resources and improve efficiency.
  6. Monitor quality, timelines, cost, EHS and ensure compliance with all local government and international regulations.
  7. Develop a strategic direction for technology improvement, new technology development and implementation.
  8. Implement company's policies, quality systems and training programs. Follow the company's code of conduct and compliance rules;
  9. Develop and motivate staff for hard working, team work and good communication. Responsible for talent management (recruitment, development and retention).

Requirements:

  1. Master degree and above. Major of Pharmaceutical\Chemistry or MBA. Fluent English and communication with customers.
  2. Minimum of 15 year experience in pharmaceutical industry, minimum of 6 years of leadership experience
  3. Established knowledge and records of drug product manufacturing and overall CMC development
  4. Strong results driven personality, high level of enthusiasm and energy
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  6. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
