职位目标:执行新零售团队运营工作,包含TP管理、O2O活动执行、数据看板管理,费用管理等运营工作,提升O2O 运维效能,达成团队销售目标。主要工作职责:管理TP,确保TP完成既定KPI:
  • 管理TP按服务协议要求完成各项新零售运营工作,包含策略规划、常规运营、连锁侧和消费者侧的精细化运营等;
和销售沟通,落实O2O活动
  • 根据新零售团队活动计划,沟通并跟进线下销售落实各项连锁侧的O2O活动执行;
制作报表,追踪数据
  • 建立新零售团队数据管理看报,提供各类月度及季度报告,为销售决策提供数据依据
费用管理
  • 完成新零售团队费用申请和核销等流程,跟进各类费用使用进度
上级经理安排的其他相关工作内容任职条件:
  • 大学本科或以上学历
  • 6年及以上销售行政工作经验
  • 较强的分析、计划、执行能力
  • 较好的内外部沟通能力
  • 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件
  • 良好的英语听说读写译能力
