Senior Field Applications Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Field Applications Engineer to join Arrow company. The main purpose of the position is to drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow content on designs. You need to understand customer needs and leverage Arrow's engineering and design services resources to facilitate solutions for customers. You need to apply technical knowledge to influence designs utilizing solution selling, resources, and strategies.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Dealing with demand creation of Automotive MCU(Arm, TCXXX)
  • Partner with the sales team across pre-and post-sales activities, providing technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.
  • Attend supplier trainings in person and via conference calls.
  • Manage supplier and customer expectations by building and developing relationships, keeping stakeholders up-to-date on activities, plans, and progressing towards initiatives.
  • Identify key relationships amongst decision makers between suppliers and customers.
  • Organize engineering customer events.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or above, more than 3 years of automotive MCU software development experience;
  • Proficient in embedded C++ language programming, familiar with microcontroller, at least 1 kind of MCU has been used for mass production development;
  • ARM and TCXXX in one or more hardware platform driver development experience;
  • Familiar with the internal resources and peripheral interfaces of MCU, such as ADC, DAC, PWM, SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc.;
  • Talent has experience in automotive electronics specialize in traction inverter, chassis and domain controller, familiar with permanent magnet synchronous motor control methods, debugging high power motor drive is preferred;
  • Preferred experience with INFINEON, NXP / ST ARM system development.
