Job Description
As the Associate Partner/Partner, you need to be the senior representative of Page Group to develop/win/maintain the business and manage the senior relationships proactively by meeting with senior executives.
You need to develop and win the senior executive assignment by delivering the first-class recruitment service with both clients and candidates and more importantly, make the deal happen by deliver the result.
You need to provide your market insights/intelligence internally and externally as the value-add-service to clients and candidates
You need to organise the online and offline events to develop and build up the corporate brand and personal brand
If you chose to be a management position, you need to recruit/develop/and train the teammate by manage the full P&L of your team to make sure the productivity as well as employee satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a credible track record spanning several years in recruitment, strong billing and a genuine interest in specialising in a specific market at the executive level.
The successful candidates need to be a specialisation either in an industry focus or practice expert with successful recruitment track record, specially in Industrial, health-care and life science, consumer and Tech & AI filed.
With the strategy of Chinese domestic focus, speak fluent in Mandarin and English is essential for the success of this role
This role can be based from any of the following cities: Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen and you will be delivering truly executive level appointments across Mainland China and where relevant, regionally across Asia also.
