We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Risk Governance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement high standard of risk management, control and compliance as required by local regulatory requirement and Group policy.
- Support the business in implementation of NFR initiatives e.g. Perform Risk and Control Assessment (RCA), assist control owner on Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM), support issue and event management, etc.
- Monitor the changes of regulations and internal controls for impact analysis, and provide advice to the business on action plan to minimize the risk exposure.
- Coordinate periodic risk governance meetings to ensure proper governance and escalation.
- Support control mechanism development to promote conduct culture and risk awareness among RB&W.
Qualifications - External
- University degree with at least 8 years' experiences in the Banking Industry.
- Good understanding of knowledge of RB&W business, internal control standards and Data analysis skill will be an added advantage.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with proficiency in both English and Chinese.
