Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Release purchase requisition, following up order acknowledgement and expediting delivery time with both local and overseas suppliers 
  • Material planning including material alert reports, forecast and accuracy analysis 
  • Monitor inventory level including Raw material ABC method, DOH, excess and obsolete stock analysis, customer stock risk management
  • Coordinate with sourcing and engineering teams for order changes, new suppliers and new materials workflow.
  • Coordinate with logistics team for shipment information preparation for Customs clearance, checking with planning team for material availability to ensure the stability of production.
  • Evaluate and improve on supplier delivery performance PDSL, delivery frequency, safety stock etc.

  Who You Are:
  • A proactive, result-driven sourcing professional with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Highly ethical, transparent, and collaborative in communication.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and capable of making sound decisions under pressure.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and delivering measurable results.

  For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor degree in business, mechanical, logistics supply chain or related background

  • Min 3+ years purchasing and material management experience

  • Knowledge in supply chain concepts, ERP

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Well spoken and written in English

  • Caution, proactive and willing to work under pressure
