About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Head of International Business to lead our global expansion, especially in North America and APAC. The role will drive both B2B and B2C growth for our Concentrated Chinese Medicine Granules (CCMG) business and establish an online presence via e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute overseas expansion and partnership strategies.
  • Revitalize the CCMG business in North America through practitioner and distributor networks.
  • Launch and manage an e-commerce channel targeting global markets.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, regulatory) to ensure successful market entry.
  • Oversee overseas P&L performance and report directly to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • 8+ years in international business, preferably in health products, pharma, or nutraceutical industries.
  • Strong B2B partnership and B2C e-commerce experience.
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
  • Entrepreneurial, analytical, and able to work independently.
