WuXi Biologics is seeking a
strategic, analytical, and globally minded leader
to join the Global Marketing team as Senior Manager / Associate Director, Marketing Entry Strategy. As the
Insight Engine
of Global Marketing, this role sits at the center of our global expansion, commercialization strategy, and customer intelligence.

You will shape how WuXi Biologics enters new markets, launches new technology platforms, and converts customer engagement into business impact. Working across BD, Operations, Technical Functions, and Regional Marketing, you will bring a
consulting-grade approach
to transforming insights into strategic recommendations that guide investment decisions, new facility ramp-ups, and pipeline growth. This is a
global role
, collaborating closely with teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. And report to the Head of Global Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Intelligence & Strategic Analysis (Insight Engine of the Organization)

  • Operate as the Center of Excellence for client, market, and competitive intelligence within commercial teams.
  • Lead high-quality market landscape analyses, including technology trends, competitive benchmarking, regulatory insights, customer behavior mapping, and whitespace opportunities.
  • Build customer journey and buying-center intelligence to support segmentation, priority setting, and targeting decisions across BUs and regions.
  • Develop predictive, scenario-based analyses to support strategic planning for new facility expansions, geographical entry, and capacity investment decisions.
  • Produce consulting-grade executive deliverables to support C-suite and BU leadership decisions.

2. Global BD & Regional Marketing Enablement

  • Deliver actionable intelligence that sharpens BD targeting, strengthens account-based strategies, and accelerates deal conversion across regions.
  • Partner with Regional Marketing and BD to design localized go-to-market playbooks grounded in data-driven insights.
  • Support the commercialization of new technology launches (EffiX, WuXiHigh, WuXia293 Stable, etc.) through insight-based strategy, messaging, and positioning.
  • Develop sales enablement tools, competitive narratives, and executive briefings that empower BD teams to win high-value global accounts.

3. Data-Driven Marketing Operations:
Build analytics capability that fuels continuous improvement.

  • Lead intelligence-sharing initiatives globally, building a unified insight platform that informs strategy for Global Marketing, BD, and BUs.
  • Support execution of global campaigns, regional initiatives, and strategic conferences with insight-driven targeting and content planning.
  • Develop and refine dashboards, reporting systems, and KPIs to track marketing performance and strengthen strategic resource allocation.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's in marketing, Business, Biopharma; MBA or consulting experience preferred.

3–7+ years in strategy consulting, market intelligence, competitive analysis, or GTM strategy (biotech or B2B preferred).

Global experience or interest in working with international teams.
