You will be responsible for managing the complete product lifecycle — from concept and planning to development, launch, and iteration. You will collaborate with hardware, firmware, app, supply chain, and other teams to build globally competitive products. Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a product vision, positioning, and roadmap aligned with company strategy; Conduct market and competitor research (e.g., Oura, Whoop, Fitbit, Amazfit, Apple) to identify market opportunities.
• Product Development: Write detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and functional specifications; Work closely with hardware, firmware, algorithm, and app teams to drive product development execution; Oversee the entire product lifecycle from EVT/DVT/PVT stages to mass production, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Product Testing & Quality Assurance: Define and oversee test plans for hardware, firmware, and app (e.g., functional testing, power consumption testing, reliability, and stress testing); Validate key performance metrics such as sensor accuracy, BLE connection stability, and battery life; Drive issue tracking and continuous improvement based on data-driven test results.
• Lifecycle Management: Analyze user feedback and usage data to guide ongoing optimization; Drive post-launch iterations, feature enhancements, and cost optimizations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, quality, and operations teams to ensure progress and timelines align; Communicate with ODM/EMS partners and key component suppliers (e.g., sensors, chips) to finalize specifications and validation. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or a related field; 24.5+ years of experience in managing smart wearables, IoT, or consumer electronics products;
• Proven experience in successfully launching smart hardware products from concept to market;
• Knowledge of BLE, various sensors (PPG, accelerometer, temperature, etc.), low-power systems, and app ecosystems;
• Strong English communication skills, with experience in cross-national or overseas team collaboration preferred. Nice to Have:
• Experience in health tech, fitness tracking, or sleep monitoring products;
• Familiarity with platforms such as Ambiq, Nordic, ESP32, and BLE ecosystem;
