Senior Wind Power Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the entire lifecycle of wind power projects, from planning and design to execution and delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide expert guidance on wind turbine installation, commissioning, and operational procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project quality, budget, and schedule.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, government agencies, and key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project objectives.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure financial performance aligns with company objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, environmental policies, and health & safety standards.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, analyze key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in wind power project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of wind turbine technology, installation processes, and industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex technical and operational challenges.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written), with experience in international project environments preferred.
