Job Summary

The Sr. Manager-Regional Therapeutic Area will be responsible for leading and executing medical affairs strategies within a specific therapeutic area across the assigned region, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local market needs. This role involves scientific exchange, stakeholder engagement, and contributing to the successful lifecycle management of Lilly products.

Job Responsibilities

* **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and implement regional medical affairs strategies for the assigned therapeutic area, aligning with global medical plans and local market dynamics.

* **Scientific Exchange & Education:** Lead and manage scientific exchange activities with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and other external stakeholders, providing accurate and balanced scientific information.

* **KOL Engagement:** Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with regional KOLs and scientific experts, gathering insights and fostering collaboration on medical and scientific initiatives.

**Medical Information:** Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of medical information to internal and external stakeholders, adhering to all relevant compliance guidelines.

* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner effectively with commercial, regulatory, market access, and clinical teams to ensure integrated approaches to product development and commercialization.

Job Qualifications

* **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to effectively present complex scientific information to diverse audiences.

* **Strategic Thinking:** Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic medical affairs plans.

* **Leadership & Influence:** Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders without direct authority.

* **Stakeholder Management:** Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and internal partners.
