该职位来源于猎聘 主要工作职责Main Responsibility: 1. 在质量主管的领导下,主持检验质量控制系统的各项工作. Under the leadership of the Quality Supervisor, manage the every work of quality control system. 2. 编制产品检验、试验工艺规程或指导书. Write inspection and test procedure or instruction. 3. 对产品从原材料入厂验收、工序检验、外购(外协)检验、压力试验到成品最终检验等进行质量控制. Responsible for the incoming inspection of raw material and component, control the whole inspection of process examination, out-sourcing examination, pressure test and final inspection. 4. 编制产品检验、试验规程和专用检验、试验工艺;根据检验指导书或图纸的要求进行过程检验. Write inspection and test procedure, review the special inspection and test process; perform inspection according with inspection instruction or drawing. 5. 按质量保证体系要求负责对不合格品进行处置,及时反馈并协调处理过程检验中遇到的相关问题. Based on the quality system requirement, responsible for control the nonconformity process, timely feedback and coordinate quality issue in the process inspection. 6. 负责整理产品安全质量技术资料和出厂文件. Sorting data the quality technical files and accompanying files. 7. 负责产品关键工序的现场监督检查. Responsible for administration of key process inspection point. 8. 培训质量检验和检验技术人员. The training for examiner and inspection technician. 9. 收集质量信息,开展质量分析与改进活动. Collect quality information, perform quality analysis and improvement activities. 10. 负责质量管理,处理客户投诉; Responsible for the quality management, deal with complain of customer; 11. 负责压力容器第三方检验; Responsible for examination of the pressure vessel. 12. 完成其他由主管指定的工作. Complete the other tasks assigned by the supervisor. 岗位要求Position Requirements: 1. 3年以上压力容器或重型装备制造行业质量管理经验。 3 years of quality management experience in the pressure vessel or heavy equipment manufacturing industry. 2. 熟悉ASME Section VIII, EN 13445, GB/T150等。 Proficient in ASME Section VIII, EN 13445, GB/T 150, etc. 3. 掌握焊接工艺评定(PQR/WPS)、NDT方法(RT/PT)。 Mastery of PQR/WPS, NDT methods (RT/PT). 4. 持有ASNT/GB NDT Level II或以上证书、CWI/CSWIP焊接检验师证书、质量工程师证书者优先 Certifications such as ASNT/GB NDT Level II or above, CWI/CSWIP welding inspector, or quality engineer are preferred. 5. 本科及以上学历,材料、焊接、机械、化工机械或相关工科专业。 Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials, Welding, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Machinery, or related engineering disciplines. 6. 英语听、说、读、写能力强 Good at speaking, listening, reading and writing English
