Assist manager to develop mechanical competence of team and control the product and project quality.

Major Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Knowledge transfer to mechanical engineers, providing professional assistance and technical advice
• Be able to propose and validate technical solutions for customized automation applications.
• Technical solution pre-study, mechanical feasibility study for innovation products
• Mechanical design and review for new solutions in line with marketing request, development process, project timeline, budget target and quality.
• Protection of intellectual property of the company.
• Continuous improvement on quality and cost for mass production products.
• Technical documents creation and review including drawings, BOM, product information, Safety information.
• Work closely with validation team for prototype assembly, validation and certification.
• Work closely with project leader and hardware/software team. (Part is located in France)
• Work closely with marketing team for customer needs, product launch and technical support.
• Support operation team for prototype ordering, manufacturing and supplier sourcing.
• Support service team for product launch and technical support.
• Strictly follow the safety procedures and instructions during the travel and at the workplaces in company, customers' and business partners' facility, and correctly wear Personal Protective Equipment according to instruction. Actively participate safety training, self-learning and other activities. Report safety risk to prevent accident.

• 与市场团队紧密合作,满足客户需求,产品发布和技术支持
• 支持运营团队进行样品订购、生产和供应商采购
• 为服务团队提供产品发布和技术支持
• 在公司、客户和合作伙伴的工作场所及出差期间,严格遵守安全规程和指示,并按照指示正确佩戴个人防护装备。积极参加安全培训、自学等活动;报告安全隐患,防止事故发生

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, master's degree is plus.
• Minimum 8 years' professional experience in a design/manufacturing environment of special/customized solutions, preferably in the field of automation/Mechatronic product mechanical development.

Knowledge & Skills

• Competence in mechanical design (3D modeling, 2D drawing) with Creo is preferred, other 3D CAD is acceptable. Experience with PDMLink and SAP is a plus.
• Deep understanding of common material, surface treatment and related manufacturing process such as machining and casting used on mechatronic product.
• Good sense and experience of DFX (design for manufacture/assembly/cost…)
• Familiar with geometrical dimensioning and tolerance, mature experience of tolerance analysis.
• Experience with tightening/spindle applications and/or screw-feeding systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of finite element analysis theory is a plus.
• Good leadership and coaching skill.
• Basic office software skill is required.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Chinese and English needs to be fluent and technical (both spoken and written), working in an international team is a plus.

• 机械或制造工程专业本科以上学历,硕士学历优先
• 8年以上特殊/定制解决方案设计/制造经验,自动化/机电产品机械开发领域者优先

知识技能:

• 熟练使用Creo软件进行机械设计(3D建模,2D绘图)者优先,其他3D CAD软件也可接受;有PDMLink和SAP经验者优先
• 对机电产品常用材料,表面处理以及相应的机加工工艺有深入的了解
• 熟练可制造/装配设计
• 熟悉几何尺寸和公差,尺寸链公差分析
• 具备拧紧/主轴应用和/或自动送钉系统经验者优先考虑
• 具备有限元分析理论知识优先考虑
• 良好的领导和教练技能
• 掌握基本的办公软件技能
• 有能力同时处理多个项目
• 流利的技术型中英文表达(口语和书面),有国际团队工作经验者优先
