Overall Responsibilities
Specific Responsibilities Would Include

  • Preparation for PO Creation (around 3,000 purchase line)
  • Create division purchasing summary
  • Confirm sales team sales order
  • Confirm FOB and margin
  • Confirm order allocation
  • Confirm ex-factory and shipment date
  • Confirm retailer delivery date
  • Confirm ETA ports
  • Monitor shipment plans, booking, and document submission
  • Create and monitor production plans
  • Solve production problems
  • Manage supplier quotations, negotiations, and analysis
  • Create and document item specifications
  • Conduct supplier visits and production line checks
  • Follow up on pre-production samples

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have
Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, production management, or related field
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Energetic, responsible, goal-oriented, and a good team player
  • Background in licensing business is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
